post 1 of 3....

Holy Moly...I have a lot to catch up on! Not to demean this big step/accomplishment/excitement but dave and i bought a new home! We're renting our condo and enjoying "home ownership!" (versus "condo home ownership") I'll post on that later :) but for now, lets just focus on the first of three posts!

so first item of business at our new place is the YARD! no one has dwelt in this fine abode for about 2 years, so while the yard is salvageable, its not very beautiful....i never thought i'd spend 7 hours out in the hot sun doing yard work allllllll day! wow!
