condo floors....

ever since we moved out of our condo, the carpet downstairs has gone to crap....renters just don't care!

so we decided for the longevity of our unit, we need to put in something more durable

 here's what it looked like when we lived there...

 i forgot to take one more before, before we tore them out - but you get the idea :)

 ripping out the carpet and then the foam pad and then the terrible wood strips that are nailed in...this was the worst....ever.

and now the beautiful after !
