as dave and i are expecting in april, we decided we needed a vacation....so maui we went!
we decided to venture on the road to hana - and i'm so glad we did - it is quite the day trip but such a beautiful adventure. the amazing colored eucalyptus trees, the waterfalls and views for miles of ocean and greenery. we hung out at hamoa beach, hiked down the lava tube and ate lunch in town...
hawaiian sunsets are amazing and our pics don't do it justice but really were magnificent
wailea beach is awesome. fine sand and swanky hotels
then we venutred to big beach just past wailea. it's the only beach in maui that is undeveloped
one day we went whale watching and although we saw a ton of whales, my camera of course did not...
i swear they're there...!

the end....next trip will probably be with child in hand so i'm glad we got this last slice of paradise
