humbled

i've been extremely humbled this past week...a lot of good crazy news has come our way. dave got a promotion at fidelity, just making him one step closer to almost doubling his starting income. how nice will that be... in only a short 3 1/2 years dave has climbed the ladder quickly and worked really hard to be where he's at. i'm so proud of him and all his accomplishments thus far. once he's done with school, we'll see where it takes him :)

on my work end - i've received an amazing opportunity with our parent company rexair. they contacted me late last week with some news that they are looking for investors in the company, and want me - little ole me - to come up to headquarters for 2 weeks to demonstrate our amazing product to them. with the president and ceo by my side i will show these investors the rainbow and how our product has helped so many people worldwide. i'm indeed humbled that they have chosen me out of the millions of people that work for this company. i'm honored, i'm scared to death, but i'm excited that they chose me. so many emotions so little time!

last bit of news i'm excited about, i found out this week that rainbow is going to dubai next july for a convention and i can not wait! i've wanted to go to dubai for years! and now i have the chance!

what an amazing roller coaster of a week! eh? i feel so blessed in so many ways - i feel as if none of this comes as any luck but simply that dave and i have made the right choices in our lives to get us where we are today. we've been smart in our investments, career paths and worked hard to get where we are. i don't feel as if i'm being braggadocios but simply well deserved for our efforts. i'm grateful for this online journal of a blog to keep track of our lives and to one day look back on where we've been, what we've done and how we got there. i can see the blessings from every corner and don't take a single one for granted.
