winder 16th....

after dave and i returned from our honeymoon last june we closed on our townhome the VERY next day...talk about welcome to reality...anyways, we moved into a ward where 90% of people are young married couples (in that with our ward boundaries they are all townhomes/condos and apartments) we have ONE name it ONE person in our entire ward that owns a house...and he's the bishop! not even in our ward boundaries! anywho...for the 1st year of our marriage dave's job had him working sunday shifts which at the time sucked, but a small blessing in disguise for a couple reasons...it forced me to be more outgoing - to talk to everyone and anyone because i didn't have a husband to cling too like the rest of our newlywed ward (no offense...) so that, also it pushed dave at work to get promoted and so he that he could have a better schedule. i LOVE our ward and the amazing times we've had with all the fun couples we hang out with...here's a pic of lindsay's birthday dinner last friday (missing the sedgwicks and little guzy's) from left to right - lindsay and parker cluff, me and dave, brooklin and travis jones, brad and erin collins, jenna and tanner guzy
